Bryce Gray | Founder & Lead Designer, Starling AV

Bryce Gray is the founder of Starling AV, a full-service audio, video, and communications firm based in the Great Lakes region. With over a decade of experience in live production, system design, and media strategy, Bryce built Starling AV around a simple belief: technology should serve the message, not complicate it.

What started as a love for great sound has grown into a broader mission to help people communicate clearly and creatively. Starling AV brings together audio precision, visual design, and media consulting to help every message connect with purpose.

Through this approach, Bryce and his team have become trusted partners for churches, schools, and organizations looking for solutions that blend technical excellence with genuine care.
